1. Who is responsible

GIFPico is developed by Nikolai Suprun, also known as Nikolai Shaman, under 7pix.ai. For privacy questions or requests, contact studio@7pix.ai. This policy covers the GIFPico app and information you voluntarily send to its support contact.

2. Your videos and GIFs

The app processes selected videos on your device to inspect their technical properties, preview and trim a clip, crop frames, and create GIF files. It does not upload your videos, GIFs, file names or media metadata to the developer. Your original video is not overwritten. A GIF contains the visible content of the frames you select and has no audio. Conversion does not anonymize people or remove identifying information visible in the image.

3. Local files and retention

The app creates a working copy of an imported video and stores generated GIFs in its local application storage. These files may remain after you close or reopen the app, even when the interface starts empty. Importing another video removes the previous working copy from the current session after the new import succeeds; it does not erase every older import or completed GIF. Temporary files used during normal import and conversion are cleaned up when those operations finish, but interrupted operations can leave files behind. Use your operating system's app storage or data removal options to remove app-local data, or contact support for platform-specific guidance. Files you save to Photos, Files, Finder, another app or a cloud location remain there until you delete them from that destination. Device backups and cloud synchronization may retain copies according to your own settings and the relevant provider's policies.

4. Settings and local diagnostics

The app stores preferences such as language and appearance on your device. It may also keep a local import performance diagnostic containing timing measurements, such as how long copying, inspection and preview setup took. The app does not automatically send these settings or diagnostics to the developer.

5. Photos, files and sharing permissions

You choose which videos to import using the system file or photo picker. On iPhone and iPad, saving a GIF to Photos requests permission to add an item; the app does not request full access to your photo library for that action. Sharing and exporting happen only through destinations you select. A cloud-backed file or photo may be downloaded or synchronized by the operating system or provider. You can manage applicable permissions in your device settings. The current app does not request camera, microphone, location or contacts access.

6. Accounts, tracking and advertising

No GIFPico account is required. The current app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not use tracking cookies, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. It has no developer-operated service receiving app usage or media uploads. The app does not sell or rent your personal data.

7. Apple and other services

Apple may process App Store, system diagnostic, backup or photo synchronization information under its own policies and your settings. Destinations you select in the share sheet, cloud providers, the website host and your email provider operate independently. Opening a website or sending an email involves those services and is outside the app's local conversion process. The current version has no in-app purchase or subscription functionality and does not collect payment card details.

8. Support correspondence

If you email support, the developer receives your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send, and uses them to respond, investigate your issue and maintain necessary support records. Do not send private videos or sensitive information unless you want them included in the support request. Correspondence is retained only as needed for support, security and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for deletion of your support correspondence by emailing studio@7pix.ai; any necessary legal retention will be explained.

9. Your choices and requests

You can stop using the app, choose different files, revoke applicable permissions, and remove local or exported files using the relevant operating system or destination controls. Because the developer does not receive your app-local media, the developer cannot retrieve or remotely delete it. Contact studio@7pix.ai to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to support, or other privacy rights that apply where you live.

10. Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact studio@7pix.ai so the request can be reviewed and the information removed as appropriate.

11. Security

On-device processing limits the need to transfer your media. Local files remain subject to the security of your device, account, backups and chosen export destinations. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Changes and contact

This policy describes the current GIFPico app, including preview version 0.5.0. It will be updated if the app's data practices change. The latest policy and its effective date will be available at https://www.7pix.ai/gifpico/privacy. Contact: Nikolai Suprun, 7pix.ai, studio@7pix.ai.
