1. Developer and scope
FrameFlow is developed by Nikolai Suprun, also known as Nikolai Shaman, under 7pix.ai. Contact studio@7pix.ai for privacy questions. This policy covers the app and information voluntarily sent to support.
2. Photos, camera and processing
The app uses photos you capture or select to build local projects and produce videos or GIFs. Processing is on your device; the current app does not upload photos, projects or exports to the developer. Camera access is used to take individual frames, manually or at intervals. The app does not record microphone audio; its exported videos are silent. Selected photos may contain personal information, and visible people or identifying details remain in the exported frames.
3. Local storage and retention
Project names, frame sequences, settings and normalized JPEG copies are stored locally. Imported copies are bounded in size and cropped to the chosen project format; the original selected files are not overwritten. Projects save after captures and edits. Local language and appearance preferences are stored on your device. Removing a frame or restarting a take does not necessarily remove its image file: restart preserves a previous-take record, and source frame files can remain for recovery. Deleting a project through the app removes its project folder. Exports are stored separately and are not erased by deleting or restarting the project. Temporary export work is cleaned up during normal completion or failure, but interruption may leave leftovers. Use the app and operating system’s storage controls to remove local data. Removing the app or its data may remove projects; export important work first. Device backups may retain data according to your settings.
4. Permissions and export destinations
Camera permission is requested for capture. The system photo/file picker gives access to items you select. On iPhone and iPad, saving a result to Photos requests permission to add an item; this does not require full photo-library access. You choose file destinations and share-sheet recipients. Photos, cloud providers and other chosen apps may download, retain or synchronize content under their own settings and policies. Revoke applicable permissions in device settings. The current app does not request contacts or location access.
5. Accounts, tracking and purchases
No FrameFlow account or developer-operated remote processing service is used. The current app includes no advertising SDK, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking or in-app purchases and does not collect payment card details. The developer does not sell or rent your personal information. Pricing or data-practice changes in a future release will require review of this policy before those changes apply.
6. Support email and other services
If you email studio@7pix.ai, the developer receives the address, message and attachments you choose to send. They are used to respond and investigate issues, and retained as needed for support, security and applicable legal obligations. Ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing the same address; any necessary legal retention will be explained. Send only information needed for your request. Website hosting, email, Apple system diagnostics, backups and cloud services are separate from local editing and operate under their providers’ policies and your settings.
7. Your choices, children and security
You can choose which images to use, manage permissions, delete projects, remove exported copies from their destinations or stop using the app. The developer cannot remotely retrieve or erase app-local media. Contact studio@7pix.ai regarding privacy rights applicable where you live. The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service; contact support if a child has sent personal information by email. Protect your device and backups. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes and contact
