1. Who is responsible
Cash Sway is developed by Nikolai Suprun, also known as Nikolai Shaman, under 7pix.ai. Contact studio@7pix.ai for privacy questions or requests. This policy covers the app and support information you voluntarily send to the developer.
2. Local game information
The app stores game-session totals, selected denomination, lifetime bill count, local sprint and weekly-best information, free-use quotas, and preferences such as language, sound and haptics on your device. This supports gameplay, progress and settings. The current app has no developer-operated account or gameplay database, advertising SDK or third-party analytics. The developer does not sell or rent your personal information.
3. Apple Game Center
Game Center functionality depends on release configuration, availability and Apple sign-in. Live leaderboards are not configured in the current preview. When you use enabled Game Center features, Apple processes your player identity and scores; the app can submit lifetime bill counts and sprint scores, and retrieve player identifiers, display names, scores and ranks to show standings. Leaderboard names and scores may be visible to other players under Apple’s Game Center settings. Basic local counting does not require a developer account. Manage Game Center participation using Apple’s account and privacy controls. Fictional demo names and scores used in marketing are not real player data.
4. Purchases
Optional denomination unlocks are designed to use Apple in-app purchases. The app processes product identifiers, verified transaction/entitlement status and purchase outcomes to unlock content, restore purchases and respond to revoked entitlements. Apple handles payments; the developer does not receive your payment card details through the app. Production products and sales are not configured in the current preview. Local demo unlocks do not represent a real purchase. Apple’s purchase records and retention are separate from local game progress.
5. Retention and deletion
Local progress and settings remain until changed or removed through the app’s available controls or operating-system app data removal options. Resetting a counting session does not clear all lifetime statistics, quotas or purchase records. Full cross-device cloud progress sync is not implemented. Device backups may retain data according to your settings. Removing local data does not erase Apple purchase records or any Game Center information. Use Apple’s relevant controls for those services, or contact support for guidance. The developer cannot remotely access or erase app-local progress.
6. Permissions and tracking
The current app does not request camera, microphone, photo library, contacts or location access. Banknote sounds are bundled audio, not recordings of you. No cross-app tracking, advertising identifiers or third-party analytics are used in the current app. Apple services may communicate over the network when you choose to use them.
7. Support correspondence
If you email studio@7pix.ai, the developer receives the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. They are used to respond, investigate issues and maintain necessary support records. Send only information needed for your request. Correspondence is kept as needed for support, security and applicable legal obligations. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing the same address; any necessary legal retention will be explained.
8. Other services and your choices
Apple operates App Store purchases, Game Center, system diagnostics and backups under its own policies and your settings. Website hosting and email providers also process information when you visit the site or contact support, separately from local gameplay. You can adjust preferences, manage Apple service participation, remove local data or stop using the app. Contact studio@7pix.ai about privacy rights applicable where you live. 9. Children and security
Cash Sway is an entertainment game. It does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service. If a child has sent personal information to support, contact the developer so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate. Local data security depends on your device, account and backups; no storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Effective date and last updated: 30 October 2026. This policy describes the current app, including preview 0.3.6, and the conditional Apple-service features explained above.
