During Pre-Production, project goals are clarified, the synopsis is formed, and the narrative framework is developed. Visual references are selected, and the aesthetic direction, style, and color atmosphere are defined.

Scene structure is established, including composition, key ideas, and emotional accents. Characters and their visual identity are approved. A technical specification is created for each frame: complexity, CGI, VFX, brand elements, and lipsync requirements.

Key images are generated using professional generative tools (Midjourney, NanoBanana Flux, GPT, Photoshop). Multiple test iterations are conducted to refine the exact style and remove artifacts. A storyboard is assembled in Figma — a visual map of the project with full narrative clarity.

Frames are sequenced, shot angles are defined, and timing for each beat is prescribed. This stage eliminates ambiguity and speeds production.

For each scene, the most suitable AI models are selected (Kling, Runway, Luma, etc.). Prompts define movement, atmosphere, lighting, and camera dynamics. Each fragment goes through iterations until a clean, stable result is achieved.

We validate motion consistency, character fidelity, and artifact removal. Outputs are versioned and annotated for post production.

All animated fragments are assembled into a cohesive story via rhythmic editing and polished transitions. Color grading, sound design, final cleanup and export finish the project.

Deliverables are prepared in required formats, and a final quality control pass ensures stability across platforms.
